A recent report provides more evidence supporting previous rumors that Samsung is planning to host the Galaxy S24 Unpacked event in mid-January, right here in the United States.
According to Korean news source Biz SBS, the event is scheduled for January 17. Interestingly, an insider, Ice Universe, had earlier hinted at a January 18 date, but given the time zone differences, both dates could be accurate.
This move is of significance as Samsung seeks to revitalize its revenue streams amid a slowdown in semiconductor sales, with the Galaxy S24 launch playing a pivotal role. In addition to this, Samsung is all set to introduce the Galaxy S23 FE in South Korea on December 1, priced at KRW 800,000 (which roughly converts to €570 or INR 50,500).
This marks the first time Samsung has brought a Galaxy S FE model to its home market since 2020.
